Film Mirasım Description
The Ministry of Culture and Tourism transfers and restores the films in the archive created by the General Directorate of Cinema in order to preserve the films that constitute the visual memory of our cultural heritage and transfer them to future generations.
The nitrate-based films in the archive were produced by Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University Prof. It has been transferred to digital media by Sami Şekeroğlu Cinema TV Center.
Information and explanations about the films on the site have been created by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, Atatürk High Council of Culture, Language and History, Turkish Historical Society, Turkish Language Association and General Directorate of Cinema.
