Xiaomi Mi Band 7 Guide Description
Welcome to the Xiaomi Smart band 7 Guide Watch app
What is the Xiaomi Smart band 7 watch:
Xiaomi has made a big name with its extremely affordable fitness bands packed with features. Now, the Chinese giant has introduced its latest flagship: the Mi Band 7.
Notable features include a larger screen than its predecessors, improved blood oxygen tracking and up to 15 days of battery life, but there's more to this lightweight tracker that's worth exploring. And for the first time ever, it's also joined by an older brother on the Band 7 Pro.
What features does Xiaomi Mi Band 7 offer?
The most noticeable change moving to the Mi Band 7 is undoubtedly the tracker's new larger screen.
While it keeps the distinctive pill-shaped shape of its predecessor, it's now around 25% larger (according to Xiaomi), measuring 1.62 inches in a higher resolution (490 x 192) to ensure it's just as sharp as before (326 pixels per inch).
The added screen real estate afforded to Xiaomi with its large, always-on, full color AMOLED panel has allowed a reworked user interface that can present more information at a glance, should look smoother.
The Mi Band 7 offers continuous heart rate and (improved) blood oxygen tracking, as well as support for breathing exercises, stress assessment, and female cycle tracking.
Expanding on the 120 supported sports modes, the 7 can also provide insights into VO2 Max, training load, recovery time, and training impact. There are four "professional" sports modes (as part of 120), with automatic workout detection for some activities.
First, let's talk about the main Xiaomi Smart band 7 Watch features to make you finally buy this watch
Band 7 App Guide The Band 7 is a show-stopper thanks to its large AMOLED display, but somehow it comes in at a lower price point than many of its competitors. It has plenty of fitness-focused features, and while anyone looking for a true smartwatch will need to look elsewhere, it's undoubtedly one of the most attractive fitness tracker options available. The Band 7 is an impressively affordable fitness tracker
. With loads of fitness tracking features at a bargain price.
To set expectations, it's worth noting that the Band 7 is more of a fitness tracker than a full-fledged smartwatch. Between its thin and small screen and lack of third-party apps and music playback, it's not as feature-heavy as other full-fledged smartwatches like the Watch GT 3.
However, the advantage of this is that the Band 7 can focus on its specialties and highlight what it does well starting with the battery. Despite the small body, the battery life here comes in at two weeks, which makes a lot of the competition look almost laughable by comparison.
That's not to say it doesn't work hard either, its heart rate monitoring is regular, and in our time testing we found its step tracking to be just as accurate as the Apple Watch which costs orders of magnitude more on the other wrist. In fact, the Sp02's monitoring, which is usually a more active process on other watches, is at work continuously here, dubbing the blood oxygen and TruSeen 4.0 heart rate monitor.
On a similar note, TruSleep 2.0 tracks sleep states and provides a more detailed breakdown of sleep stages than Apple's own metrics.
BAND 7 COMPANION APP:
• Compatible with iOS and Android
• Simple, but perhaps lacking in detail
While the Band 7 is attached to a phone, fortunately the Health app is a very impressive set of tools. Once you're signed in, it offers a dashboard of steps and exercise minutes, as well as a quick look at your heart rate, distance traveled, and any specific plans to help you reach your so-called health goals.
