E-YANO is an E-commerce application created with the aim of solving the problem of online shopping in Africa. It allows quick access to products but also via its quality digital shops and international standards.
E-YANO's vision is therefore to allow users to buy online more quickly and to be delivered on time at a very low cost.
E-YANO is for anyone using a smartphone or computer. The application offers various categories as well as a simple and easy-to-use design. All you need to do is to download the app and perform the operations in different categories that it offers you.
How it works ?
To download the E-YANO application, go to Google Play store by clicking on “Install” following the steps. Have you installed E-YANO? Great !!! E-YANO makes your life easier by allowing you to make all your purchases from home thanks to your smartphone but also thanks to its digital shops, in a few clicks.
How to create an account?
To create an account and place your orders in a few clicks, please proceed as follows:
1. Log in to the site or application;
2. Click on “account” then on “create an account”;
3. Fill in the creation form then validate.
N.B: A validation code will be sent to you by SMS and on WhatsApp. Enter this code then confirm to activate your account.
How to make your purchase?
The acceptance and confirmation of an order is done by entering data following these steps:
1. Add selected Products to the shopping cart;
2. Validate the shopping cart;
3. Create a Customer account, login or use guest mode (In the digital store);
4. Enter Delivery details;
5. Enter billing data;
6. Adhere to the terms and conditions;
7. Choose the payment method and confirm the choice of payment method;
8. The Customer then receives a notification and validates his payment.
NB: Once the Order is ready to be delivered, a telemarketer contacts the customer to let him know of his delivery.

Payments are made by:
1- Airtel Money
2- Mtn Mobile Money
3- Visa
4- Cash at the shop or at the office
What are the delivery methods?
The delivery is made face-to-face by our agents either:
1- At a point in the city set by the customer
2- At home
3- In the office
