OTN – Syracuse University Description
OTN is the student television station at Syracuse University. OTN is for students, by students. It’s a lab where all are invited to create and tell their stories through real-world program development, production, editing and promotions work. Our diverse programming includes comedy, drama, sports, documentaries, talk shows, short-form videos, reality shows and experimental creative works. The community turns to OTN to share in the unique experience of Syracuse University – on cable, online and on their phones.
OTN runs both original shows and syndicated content from university partners like Citrus TV and NCC News. Students (and parents, faculty and community members) can watch 24 hours a day, seven days a week, in five ways: On Spectrum cable channel 24.2; on Roku; on Apple TV; through our mobile app on iPhone or Android; or at orangetv.syr.edu.
All the content seen here is 100% student-produced. Our students are passionate storytellers in every genre. OTN is on the air 24/7 - check out our live stream or any of the subchannels to see the kind of award-winning content our students produce.
