Mind Booster Green is a depression improvement program app for college students, based on cognitive behavioral therapy known to be effective in reducing depression symptoms. Created by a clinical psychologist, you can learn and practice how to deal with depressed moods on your own without an expert.
Mind Booster Green has a total of 28 sessions, and can be used for 10-15 minutes every day. When you start the program, we recommend a customized program that is tailored to each individual's depressive symptoms through evaluation. Record your mood on a daily basis through a personalized program, track changes, and use an accident log to find and change the thoughts that make you feel depressed. And you can relax your mind and body anytime, anywhere using the relaxation assistant.
