Originally from the Arab Republic of Egypt, precisely from the province of Lake Mahmudiya, Hassan Mohammed Saleh nurtured a deep passion for the Holy Quran from a young age. Guided by a burning desire to master the subtleties of Quranic recitation, Hassan Saleh chose to continue his learning at the Institute of “Readings”, devoting himself to the in-depth study of the “Ten Readings” of the Quran.
Sheikh Hassan Saleh was perceived differently by some of his listeners, with some describing his voice as sad and rosy, while others perceived it as soft and melodious. Despite this difference of opinion on his vocal tone, his reputation as one of Egypt's most eminent reciters remained intact.
