Khalifa Musabah Ahmed Saeed Al Taniji, a citizen of the United Arab Emirates, belongs to the category of reciters who are distinguished by a strong and essential voice, and who possess extensive experience and practice in reciting the Qur’an. These skills made him qualified to take on the role of international judge in Quran recitation competitions. Khalifa Al Taniji was born in the Emirate of Sharjah, specifically in the city of Al Dhaid. Khalifa Al Tunaiji memorized the Qur’an at the Al Dhaid City Qur’an Memorization Center when he was 13 years old under the supervision of his sheikh, Ghulam Hussein. He continued his studies in Medina under the supervision of Sheikh Ibrahim Al-Akhdar, the chief reciter at the Prophet’s Mosque, and obtained permission for the narration of Hafs on the authority of Asim. He also excelled in other novels and obtained permission for the novels Warsh and Qaloun from Sheikh Muhammad Essam Al-Qudah. Moreover, Khalifa Al Tunaiji was chosen as a referee in several other competitions
