My Native Tongue Description
My Native tongue mobile application is an international cultural experience engaging all generations using their native languages in a fun interactive way. This family fun mobile application uses culture, education, and language to bridge the gap between generations and cultures. It is the perfect ice breaker for any gathering. To play, all you have to do is guess the word on the phone screen that’s held over your mouth and facing your team. The objective is to use the creative clues from your teammates to guess the word before your 60 seconds per round is up! The high energy will make the time go by fast. Good luck!
In 2020 we pivoted from a card game to a mobile application and decided to change the game. We decided to revamp the cultural experience and make it accessible to you whenever, wherever. We wanted the full cultural experience with our brothers and sisters around the world. New York City is where we are from and being the melting pot of different cultures, it's where you will find clusters of different nationalities so it’s fitting that we use this experience.
My Native Tongue incorporates the international experience and it is accessible anytime anywhere! The goal is to bridge the gap between generations within different cultures through language. It also bridges the cultural gap between people living back in your home country with those living elsewhere.

Game Rules
Rule 1
The active player holding the mobile device has 60 seconds to guess as many of the Native Tongue words shown on the screen using clues from your teammates.
Rule 2
Keep it creative by acting out, gesturing, even singing, and dancing. The team with the most points at the end of the round wins.
Rule 3
The only thing your team can’t do is say any part of the word…duh.
