NBDIUP – Site Readiness Description
The "NBDIUP – Site Readiness" Mobile App (hereinafter referred to as NBDIUP)," a cutting-edge application developed and maintained by the Basic Education Department, Uttar Pradesh, in joint effort with the Technical Team of UP Electronics Corporation Limited.
The primary objective of the App is to revolutionize the educational landscape of Uttar Pradesh by establishing Smart Classrooms and state-of-the-art Information & Communication Technology Labs (ICT Labs). This visionary initiative aims to elevate the overall educational experience, benefitting both students and teachers throughout the state.
In the pursuit of this ambitious goal, Schools and Block Resource Centres (BRCs) across Uttar Pradesh are entrusted with the pivotal task of preparing their sites for the setup of Smart Classrooms and ICT Labs, and marking the Readiness of Site for setup through this App.
The App exclusively grants access to registered Schools and Block Resource Centres, ensuring that only authorized entities can participate in the site readiness assessment process. Users Login to the App by using their unique login credentials, which are handed-over to them through authorized mediums.
To commence the site readiness intimation process, Schools and BRCs log in to the App and complete a structured information form displayed on their screens, subsequently submitting it for review.
This submitted form is then escalated to the designated authority in-charge for verification. Once the verification/approval is granted, users can move forward with the site readiness status. In the event of Rejection, the form is reopened, allowing for necessary edits and resubmission by respective School/BRC.
Beyond its core functionality, the App offers additional benefits to registered users. They can track the status of their Site Readiness Requests and access relevant information within their personalized logins, ensuring that the entire process is transparent and informative.
