The holy month of Ramadan is characterized by serving the most delicious sweets that add to the Ramadan table a touch of happiness and joy. Among these delicious sweets that are preferred to be eaten during the month of Ramadan:
1- Cheese Qatayef: The cheese Qatayef is characterized by its light and crunchy texture, as it is stuffed with cheese and roasted in the oven until golden.
2- Halabi disk: It is prepared by mixing liquid milk with semolina and sugar, and it is heated on a stove until a sticky dough is formed, which is then formed into circular pieces that are cooked in the oven.
3- Maamoul: This dessert is distinguished by its soft and soft texture, as it is prepared by kneading flour with ghee, butter, water and vanilla, then it is stuffed with dates or pistachios, formed in a circular shape, and then cooked in the oven.
4- Kunafa: Kunafa is considered one of the basic sweets during the month of Ramadan. It is prepared by roasting chopped Kunafa in butter, then cream is prepared with milk, starch and sugar, and the cream is placed on top of the Kunafa, then sugar, water and lemon are mixed and heated over a fire and placed on the Kunafa.
