Bowing prayer is an exercise that strengthens the spine and muscles, improves blood circulation and relieves stress.

Here's how to use the Verse Prayer app.
- Timer Mode: Used to bow at a fixed time.
Press the start button, start the verse when you hear the start notification sound.
Bow within the timer set time (one bow).
Repeat as many times as the target number of verses.
- Sensor mode: If you bow with your forehead close to the proximity sensor located at the top of the front of your smartphone, it will automatically count the number of times.
You can also count by touching the center of the screen.
Bowing the target number of times is automatically recorded.
- Note: The screen can be rotated in any direction.

- The smartphone screen rotates according to the user.
