Surat Al-Furqan is the twenty-fifth surah within parts (18 and 19) of the Holy Qur’an, and it is one of the Meccan suras, and its name is taken from the first verse. This surah includes research on beliefs such as monotheism, prophecy, and resurrection. It also talks about idols, and at the end it mentions the characteristics of the believers.

ومن آياتها المشهورة قوله تعالى في الآية(30): ﴿وَقَالَ الرَّسُولُ يَا رَبِّ إِنَّ قَوْمِي اتَّخَذُوا هَذَا الْقُرْآنَ مَهْجُورًا﴾، وقوله تعالى في الآية (53): ﴿وَهُوَ الَّذِي مَرَجَ الْبَحْرَيْنِ هَذَا عَذْبٌ فُرَاتٌ وَهَذَا مِلْحٌ أُجَاجٌ وَجَعَلَ بَيْنَهُمَا بَرْزَخًا وَحِجْرًا مَّحْجُورًا﴾، And the Almighty says in verse (59): “Who created the heavens and the earth and all that is between them in six days, then established Himself over the Throne.”

There are many narrations about the virtue of reading it, including what was narrated on the authority of the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him and his family: Whoever reads Surat Al-Furqan will be resurrected on the Day of Resurrection believing that the Hour will come, there is no doubt about it, and that God will resurrect those in the graves, and he will enter Paradise without reckoning.
