Please note that the application no longer displays applications from other owners regarding problems in the house and on the territory of the house. This functionality was conceived in order to reduce the number of duplicate applications, nevertheless, in reality, there were much more duplicate applications and the possibility of joining an existing application did not correct the situation. As a result, the workload on dispatchers increased, which affected the effectiveness of the management company. We were also often asked questions like "why are some requests shown to me that I did not create?" As a result, it was decided to exclude this functionality from the application. it does not solve the problem for which it was created, but instead creates new problems.
We do not interfere with the policy between the Governing Organization and the owners - this will lead to the rejection of the Governing Organization from our system. As a result, all tenants of the house will lose all the functionality that Dom Online provides. Also keep in mind that if you change the Managing Organization, then there are no guarantees that the new Managing Organization will agree to use the Dom Online service.
If you want to control the Managing Organization in terms of the execution of applications, create applications of the "application to the office" type for the provision of a report on the execution of applications for a certain period.
