جوشن کبیر صوتی دعای شب قدر Description
This prayer is mentioned in the books of "Beldalamin" and "Mesbah" by Kafami; It has been narrated from Hazrat Seyyed Al-Sajeddin (PBUH), from his father from his great grandfather Hazrat Rasool (PBUH):
This prayer was uttered by Gabriel for that Imam in one of the battles, while he was wearing heavy armor, so that the weight of that blessed body of that Imam had hurt him. Gabriel offered: O Muhammad; Your Lord will greet you and say: Take off this boot [armor] from your body and recite this prayer which is safe for you and your nation.
Then he mentions a description of the virtue of this prayer, which is not the place to say it all here, but I will mention some of it, including:
Whoever writes it on his shoe, God will not throw him into the fire out of respect for it, and whoever reads it in the first month of Ramadan with a pure intention and a pure heart, will provide him with the Almighty to enjoy [the good of this world and the hereafter] and for him seventy thousand. The angel created them to glorify and sanctify God and to give him His reward.
He went on to narrate many virtues until he said: Whoever recites it "three times" during the month of Ramadan, God will forbid his body from the fire of Hell and make Paradise obligatory for him and will appoint two angels for him to save him. To keep sins and be safe from God throughout their lives;
And at the end of the narration: Imam Hussein (PBUH) said: My father Ali ibn Abi Talib commanded to memorize this prayer and also to write it on their shroud and to teach my people and encourage them to recite it.
This prayer contains a thousand names of the letters of God and the great name is in it.
Faqir says: This narration uses two points:
First: It is recommended to write this prayer on the shroud, as Allameh Bahr al-Uloom (the perfume of the dead) has mentioned in the book "Al-Durra":
وَسُنَّ أَنْ يُكْتَبَ بِالْأَ كْفانِ
شَهادَةُ الإِسْلامِ وَالإِيمانِ
It was recommended to write it on Ekfan
Witness to Islam and faith
وَهَكَذا كِتابَةُ الْقُرْآنِ
وَالْجَوْشَنِ الْمَنْعُوتِ بِالْأَمانِ
And writing the Quran
And the boiling of that safe and secure prayer
Second: It is recommended to recite this prayer in the first month of Ramadan.
As for its recitation regarding the nights of Ghadr, it should be said that there is no mention of it in this narration, but Allameh Majlisi (Quds with the soul) in the book "Zad Al-Ma'ad" has stated it while practicing the nights of Ghadr, and in some narrations as well. Entered to recite the prayer of "Joshan Kabir" on each of the nights of Ghadr; And for us in this position, the order of Allama Majlisi (Ahlullah Allah Dar Al-Salam) is enough.
In any case, this prayer consists of one hundred verses, and each verse contains ten names of the letters of God, which should be said at the end of each verse:
Glory be to You, there is no god but You.
Glory be to Thee, there is no god but You.
And in the book "Baladalamin" it is stated that at the beginning of each verse it should say "In the name of God" and at the end:
Sobhanak or League, Al-Ghouts, Ali Mohammad, Soul Mohammad and Mohammad, and the Paste, or the same al-Jalal and Karamin, or the Ra'hamine.
Glory be to Thee, there is no god but You, cry for help, greet Muhammad and his family, and save us from the Fire, O Lord of greatness and compassion and love, O Most Merciful of the merciful.
