The game is fun but the ads are ridiculous. Used to just be an ad you could watch 10 to 30 seconds and then go back to game, now there are endless loops. You need to try to close out usually at least twice and up to 5 times. Usually will bring up app store or another gaming app you have to back out of also. It then started automatically downloading other games. Sometime could never get back to game even after several minutes. Not worth the time, hassle and potential of downloading of spyware.
Rummy 500 is the only game I've consistently played on phone. It's not just some dumb luck game. It takes strategy and patience. I typically only play at the Hard level and I win 75% of the time. I found I did worse in the Easy level. Weird. Follow-up: the only thing I really would like is no ads or much shorter ads. I do appreciate that there are no ads during game play, but prior to and after.
Have been playing this for over a year now offline. At expert, I've played 500+ games with 300+ wins so bot play at that level is, to me, acceptable. Also rules that I know for picking up from the discard pile is if it's the current discard from opponent. You are not required to use right away but anything pass the last discard must be used. Haven't seen the bot disobey this rule. Ads are pretty short. I do delete games with ads that are annoyingly loud or ignore my sound setting.
