Body Fat Calculator Description

Women: % body fat = (0.29669 x sum of triceps, thigh, and suprailiac skinfolds) - (0.00043 x square of the sum of triceps, thigh, and suprailiac skinfolds) + (0.02963 x age) + 1.4072
Durnin and Womersley 4-Site Skinfold Formula:
Men: % body fat = (0.1051 x sum of chest, abdomen, thigh, and triceps skinfolds) - 4.15
Women: % body fat = (0.1548 x sum of triceps, thigh, suprailiac, and subscapular skinfolds) - 6.58
Covert Bailey's Formula:
% body fat = (1.51 x BMI) - (0.70 x age) - (3.6 x sex) + 1.4
BMI = weight (kg) / height^2 (m)
sex = 0 for females, 1 for males
