Hi, I created this app "Yoga for Beginners, Slimming House: 7 Minutes Yoga" for those who would just like to start or continue to practice yoga, but who do not have much time.

WHY 7 MINUTES, AND WHY DOES IT WORK?
In the US, not as a series of studies on the high-intensity circular training for a long time was conducted (KTVI). KTVI - this is when you are in a very short period of time to perform a series of exercises on different muscle groups with very short rest between exercises. The results showed that the efficiency with regular performance of such short exercise is not inferior to a longer training, if performed regularly. And we tested just 7 minute complexes with exercises for 30 seconds with a 10 second pause between each.
Classes in my application built on this principle: 7 minutes postures (asanas) of yoga on different muscle groups with 10 seconds rest between each posture (asana). 7 minutes working on the whole body.

The first lesson of "Yoga for Beginners" - free. For each day of the course you get a badge. Skipped at least one day, all badges are burned, and you start from the beginning. Gaining seven badges, the next lesson "Morning Yoga", offers free. Gaining seven badges, free offers "Evening yoga." Another seven badges, opens "Yoga for Weight Loss."
Of course, you can buy lyuby of private lessons, but you can open them all for free, just doing regularly. It's really motivating. Not only because you can discover something for free, you just want to prove to yourself that you can collect all the badges.
WHAT yoga poses in the Annex, AND WHY THEY were chosen?
One of the founders of modern yoga BKS Iyengar singled out 23 classic yoga postures, upon which all other systems are based on fact. In any kind of teachers and classes at whatever I was engaged, I became convinced that the instructor is constantly returned to these postures. Therefore, this application is built around them.
Basic posture (in Sanskrit, they are called "asanas") in your application, you will learn:
1. Pose Cat and Cow.
2. Pose Dogs snout down (Hill).
3. Dogs Pose muzzle upward.
4. Warrior Pose.
5. Triangle Pose.
6. Eagle Pose.
7. Chair Pose.
8. The half-bridge.
9. Stranding sitting on the back.
10. Stretching the legs.
11. Pose Dove.
12. The inverted posture (Viparita Qarani).
13. Plank and side plank.
These are just some of the postures (asanas), which you will find in the annex. There are many more.
