Commune is a platform for the management of condominiums, subdivisions, private buildings, and areas where access control is necessary.
Commune has the following characteristics:
• Built-in notifications to keep residents informed.
• Visualization of the account statement and payment of maintenance, extraordinary fees and sanctions.
• Comments and requests from residents to the administration.
• Administration and Reservation of amenities with limited capacity or quotas.
• Creation of QR for VISITS (Regular as relatives, One-time visitor, Mundazas, massive QR for events and parties among other OPTIONS. The visitor only receives the QR and in the security booth they can give him access! No more rows to be requesting data from each visitor and waiting for their capture!
