Commune Ouverte Description
This project aims to promote the principles of Open Government in the Territorial Collectivities (CT) through the participation and empowerment of young people and women in the budgetary process of the communes of Burkina Faso. This will involve equipping and developing the capacities of stakeholders in the budget process for better involvement of young people and women in the development, monitoring and monitoring of budget expenditures.
