About Us:
Community Restaurant is a cool vegan restaurant with a global menu featuring plant-based small plates & entrees, plus weekend brunch.
We punch and blanch our fries. We hand-roll gnocchi. We make our own veggie stock to use for soups, gravies. We make all of our own sauces - garlic mayo, caesar, chipotle mayo, crema. We make all of our own cheeses - mozza, queso, almond parmesan.
We use Canola Oil for deep frying our food. In our salads we use Cold-Pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Sunflower Oil. For sauteeing and pan frying we use Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Sunflower Oil, Truffle Oil, and Vegan Butter.
We use maple syrup, cane sugar, and brown sugar. We use sunflower oil and coconut oil. We use coconut milk, soy milk and oat milk. We make our own gluten free flour mixes. We use pure vanilla extract. We use pure Vegan Butter in our icing and baking. We use 70% dark chocolate powder.
