ConectABR is an exclusive application by ABR Síndicos Profissionals and is revolutionizing the way condominiums are managed, bringing convenience, transparency and economy.
The ConectABR application can be used by Landlords, Doormen, Residents and has several features, among the main ones:
• NOTICES: Communications sent by the trustees in an individual personalized way, by towers or to all residents that receive online through push notifications via mobile application or web portal.
• RESERVATIONS: Residents make reservations for common spaces (barbecue grills, party room…) through the ConectABR app. No more calling the concierge or building manager to check the spaces' agenda.
• CORRESPONDENCES: Looking forward to the delivery of the order that is about to arrive? Doormen take pictures of the packages and the resident receives a QRCode to collect it at the concierge. No more notebooks with letters that no one understands.
