Convivium Description
The Fraternity of Saint Thomas Aquinas Groups (Fasta) is a movement of the Catholic Church that seeks to evangelize culture, family and youth in light of the wisdom of its patron saint, Thomas Aquinas. Its community of laity, priests and consecrated women seek to illuminate the culture from a life of spiritual formation and daily commitment.
The adults of Fasta meet in small prayer and formation communities called Convivios, in the words of Brother Aníbal Fosbery, our Founding Father: “A convivio is the experience of the Church understood as a living community of faith, of the adult members of Fasta, who wants to live the grace of God in the same charism and spirituality”.
