Edit: The camera worked great when I first got it. Now it's very laggy. When I try to play a video back, it says there is no video, I have to try 3 or 4 times to make it play, and it freezes. Takes forever to load the live camera. Sometimes, it says no connection, although it's near the router, and the app says 100%. The doorbell doesn't ring on time either. It is delayed by about 2 minutes. There is a lot to be fixed about this app and camera. I am thinking of getting a better one.

The app has several shortcomings. You have to click on several pages just to do the main tasks. Many things are over-complicated. It would also be good to have audible notifications so that I don't need to be checking my phone every 5 minutes when I'm out. This option would enable the user to react to visitors or intruders immediately. I'm currently looking for an alternative app.

Installation was not easy, but doable. Once installed use is somewhat choppy and camera control is unreliable. There does not seem to be a PC app for these caneras and direct download of captured video is not possible. Menu selections are not obvious or logically arranged. I bypass an error message every time i was to enter the setup page.
