CorrLinks Description

CorrLinks is a way for family and friends to electronically communicate with their loved ones incarcerated in institutions. Established through a relationship between a corrections agency and ATG, this system allows family and friends to subscribe to CorrLinks services. Currently all Federal Bureau of Prisons and Department of Corrections (DOC) for the States of Iowa, Massachusetts, Wisconsin, Nevada and Oklahoma institutions allow such communication.

Comments about CorrLinks Android Version

It's worked fine for a year or so, but today it says "Unable to sync. Syncing requires an active Premier Corrlinks account". I clicked on "learn more", but it doesn't do anything. I thought I did have the PremierAccount. How do I fix this? I've updated the app and restarted my phone. If the developer will fix this, I'll add more stars to the review. Any help would be appreciated.

The Inmate contacts list are no longer available to communicate. There's an "error" receiving and sending messages. I can't send anything or communicate with anyone. I paid for the year's subscription and I can't use it! Please fix this and please let me know. Thank you.

The turn around time is pitiful!!! There no way to send pictures, no way to send any sort of articles or other media. It would be awesome if we would know when they receive our emails when they were sent etc. The app is also VERY UNRELIABLE if not COMPLETELY!!! DO NOT WAIT FOR A MSG📩 NOTIFICATION...IT (probably)WON'T COME. THERE IS PROBABLY A MSG IN YOUR INBOX ALREADY!!!💌
