Crewbella - Film & Media Crew Description
An ecosystem for the professionals of the media industry to share work and hire each other through secure digital contracts (based on blockchain technology) which ensure monetary security to both client and crew.
1) The professionals of the media industry do not get paid in time or in full. The payments are delayed at least 90 days and there is no monetary & Job security.
Sol 1: We allow clients to hire crew through our app by engaging in a digital work contract, which is monitored by crewbella.
2) A lot of skilled media crew is left undiscovered by potential clients in the industry because of geographical and logistical issues. A client finds it difficult to locate crew for a project within his/her skill set and budget
Sol 2: at crewbella, the client can surf through hundreds of profiles and check their previous work and ratings. The client can publically post about a vacancy and all the crew in that geographical area can apply to it.
3) Exploitation of the crew. Clients lure hard-working crew to work for them in the name of exposure and remuneration but treat them like slaves, making them work for 18+ hrs a day and steal their work.
Sol 3: Crewbells has come up with smart contracts where the activity is tracked by us to understand how much work a crew has done for the client. We regulate India's labor laws and take a stand for the crew if they work more than desired hours. The client is made to m\pay for the extra working hours. We also have SOS in our app to alert nearby police stations and hospitals in case of any mishappening on the project.
