CTH Parts Description
CTH Parts is an application dedicated to CommaTECH customers with the aim of facilitating the supply of spare parts, consumables and wear parts necessary for the maintenance of the own park of earthworks construction equipment.
CommaTECH customers have the opportunity to introduce into the application all the construction equipment they have in their park.
CommaTECH makes available to its customers through the application the necessary filters, oils, wear elements (teeth and blades), windows, mirrors, projectors, spare parts that are currently breaking down (alternator, electric motor, fuel pump, fuel pump water, etc.). Thus, each customer will permanently have in his own pocket the prices for the parts necessary for the maintenance of his machines.
The application facilitates the transmission of bid requests to CommaTECH, no longer needing to communicate the machine's identification data with each bid request. The customer enters the defective machine and directly sends the necessary parts with a single click.
The application allows customers to set alarms for the parts they need to be notified when the respective part goes on sale.
