The Constanța County Cultural Center "Teodor T. Burada" aims at raising the level of culture, ensuring adequate education for children, young people and adults. We want to convey the main criteria by which learners can protect the cultural heritage and form it in the perspective of lifelong education.
Our goals include:
- the preservation and transmission of the moral and artistic values ​​of the community within the Constanța county, as well as of the national and universal cultural heritage;
- preservation and cultivation of regional or local specificity;
– stimulation of creativity and talent;
– the revitalization and promotion of trades and occupations specific to the area within which it operates, as well as supporting those who practice them;
– cultivating the values ​​and authenticity of popular creation and passing them on to the next generations.
– the development of cultural exchanges at the county, national and international level;
- editing of books, publications, informative and promotional materials according to the object of activity;
- performing model performances with a folkloric, literary-musical character, in the sense of preserving traditions and perennial values, their defense against the trends of pollution and degradation;

- Realization of painting and graphics exhibitions, with the participation of students from the institution;

- performing recitals of light music, instruments, performing arts (acting, dance, ballet);
