The Cysterhood is an app designed by Tallene & Sirak. Tallene is a Registered Dietitian who has reversed PCOS herself and Sirak is a PCOS Personal Trainer.
With our PCOS Weight Loss method, cysters are able to lose 1-2lbs per week and finally see the results that they deserve.
