Existing Customer: All previous work streams related to an existing customer are now housed under this Category. Dealer will only need to enter Customer Credentials Once and not Multiple Times!
Account Details: Subscription & Pack Details along with full visibility of subscribed channels/ Add-on/ Combo per Smart Card along with feasibility to see Last 5 transactions!
Recharge Journey: Now dealer can conveniently Recharge with Auto-filled Full Month Recharge Value or Long Term Recharge Offers or Best Offers basis customers’ eligibility. Dealer also gets clear understanding of benefits earned on these recharges
Modify Pack: Pack change journey simplified with options to choose Broadcaster Bouquets, Add –Ons, Ala-Carte across Genre & Broadcaster. Visibility of lock –in and unavailability of deletion under lock -in also included
Remove Channel: Quick 4 Click Journey to remove any add-on/ ala-carte/ VAS from smart card(s)
Service Request (SR): Now instantly raise SRs from dealer app
Heavy Refresh: No Need to select from Long List of Options. One button does it All!
Menu Drawer: New Features like Scorecard, Channel List, Supervisor Details, Recharge Reversal & Training Videos are Introduced in the new app to make the dealer aware of his performance
My Account: Detailed view of Commission History & Transaction History available to dealer in one click
Scorecard: Dealers can track their Month on Month performance of Gross Adds’ Target, Quality of Acquisition, Voucher Stock, and FTR Due
Channel List: Latest Cannel Leaflet in market available as pdf
Supervisor Details: Contact info of mapped Distributor, ASE, CSM, CBH & Dealer Helpline
Recharge Reversal: All recharges done in a particular day can be reversed until 2300 hrs that day
Select a recharge from list -> Recharge Reversal -> Enter correct Customer ID/ RTN -> Submit
Training Video: Videos with new features on the app and necessary dealer communication/ features shall be uploaded here
