DCON Description
DCON application works with Mobitech’s hardware only. It’s an IOT(Internet of things) controller to monitor and control the irrigation and fertigation system of agricultural farm.
Features of DCON.
1. We can add 10 numbers of users in a device, and operate seamlessly anywhere in the world.
2. There are different types of timers given to run the motor and valves. They are classified as below:
Manual mode.
Time based manual mode: This mode is used to run the motor immediately based on time.
Flow based manual mode: Flow based mode is used to run the motor immediately based on flow.
Manual fertigation mode: Manual fertigation mode is used to run the motor immediately based on inject fertilizer.
Backwash mode
Manual backwash mode: Turning ON the Manual backwash mode helps to clean the filters.
Automatic Backwash mode: Automatic Backwash mode is totally differ from manual backwash mode, It is based on the difference in the input and output pressure.
Cyclic mode
Cyclic timer: This cyclic timer is automatic and presets cyclically. We can add a maximum of 200 timers in a queue based on the timer.
Cyclic Flow:This cyclic flow is automatic and presets cyclically. We can add a maximum of 200 timers in a queue based on flow.
Cyclic fertigation mode: In cyclic fertigation mode we can add up to 200 timers in cyclically to inject the fertilizer
Sensor based cyclic mode: sensor based cyclic mode is used to operate the motor automatically based on the soil moisture level
Real timer mode
Real timer : This mode is based on the real time,We need to set Start time and End time.
Fertigation mode
Fertigation mode with calendar: Turning ON this mode, which helps to inject the relevant fertilizer on the selected date and time.
Fertigation mode without calendar: Turning ON this mode, which helps to inject the fertilizer on a daily basis.
Fertigation mode with EC&PH : EC&PH mode is depending on the EC and PH valve this timer will automatically inject the fertilizers.
Autonomous irrigation mode
Autonomous irrigation time based: This mode is used to help the motor Turn ON and OFF automatically,which is based on soil moisture and time
Autonomous irrigation flow based: This mode is used to help the motor Turning ON and OFF automatically, which is based on soil moisture and flow based.
3. There are different types of functions are provided to protect the motor.
Dryrun: If the running ampere value decreases below the set level, DCON will turn off the motor automatically.
Overload: If the running ampere value increases above the set level, DCON will turn off the motor automatically.
Power Factor: If the power factor value increases above the set level, DCON will turn off the motor automatically.
High pressure: If the high pressure value increases above the set level, DCON will turn off the motor automatically.
Low pressure: If the pressure value decreases below the set level, DCON will turn off the motor automatically.
Phase Preventer: If any one of the phases fails, DCON will turn off the motor automatically.
Current imbalance: If the ampere difference was greater than the set level, the DCON will turn OFF the motor automatically.
Low and high voltage alert: If the voltage value decreases below or increases above the set level, DCON will send an alert message to the registered mobile number. If enabling low and high voltage motor off option, the motor will OFF automatically.
4. It can run the motor automatically based on Water Level using Level Sensor.
5. Logs- You can view and download the last 3 months logs
6. Weather station: The measurements taken include temperature, atmospheric pressure, humidity, wind speed, wind direction, and precipitation amounts.
