Earthquake Tracking System (DETASI) is a mobile application that offers you up-to-date earthquake information anytime, anywhere. The app uses real-time data to show you the magnitudes, locations and times of earthquakes closest to you.
The application has an easy to use and understandable interface and presents earthquakes visually on the map. It also gives you instant information about earthquakes near you thanks to optional notifications.
Turkey is located in a geography with a high risk of earthquakes, and therefore the measures that can be taken to protect itself from earthquakes become very important. That's exactly why we have developed a free mobile application where you can instantly monitor earthquakes across Turkey.
This application, using Kandilli Observatory data, automatically updates earthquake information in Turkey every 10 seconds. In addition, earthquakes with a high probability of being felt (greater than 4) are reported immediately, keeping you safe in the event of an earthquake.
In our application, you can examine the epicenter of the earthquake in detail on the map and filter the earthquakes according to their low, medium and high intensities. In addition, by examining the intensity maps of earthquakes, you can see which regions of Turkey are most at risk.
