The IK app is your mobile Innovationskasse service center directly on your smartphone: you can not only communicate securely with the IK via your personal mailbox, but also use many other services and functions. With the app you always have the most important personal data at hand and can change it at any time and anywhere.
With the new version of the IK app, you are also the owner of the new IK account. With this IK account you can not only log in to the IK app, but also have access to the Innovationskasse ePA app. As a new user of the ePA app, you would only need to register there and then release the app in the IK app. One account for all apps.
All of the app’s services are also available to co-insured family members. Simple, mobile, anytime and anywhere.

• Simple and secure communication with the Innovation Fund via a personal mailbox
• Overview and adjustment of the stored personal data
• Quick and easy transmission of evidence and documents for the bonus program
• Submit a sick note
• Take applications and documents using the photo function and submit them digitally
• Organize your own health data, e.g. B. Organize preventive examinations, document vaccinations and plan and check medications
• Applying for a new health card, for example if it is lost or damaged
• Access services such as photo upload, doctor search, pharmacy search, etc
