Many times when following a diet plan we have wondered what the next meal is and many times we forget what options it has. Also when we need to remember what meals we have consumed during the week to make our assessment it is impossible because many days have passed.
This is how I ended up creating with my partners, an application that will always enable you to have your diet with you and will support my philosophy: Diet programs should give freedom of choice.
Only in this way can each of us build the right eating habits. Through the application you will have available all the meals of your diet, in such a way that you can choose your next meal without being limited to specific options.
Every choice you make will be available to me and in our sessions we will discuss the choices made and improve your diet each time according to your daily life. Even if you forget to register a meal you will always be able to go back to previous days and go through your choices.
But what if you don't eat any of the listed meals? The application allows you to type in the meal you have consumed and then we can see together whether the choices you made that were not on the diet helped you achieve your goal or not.
