The SamplesApp sends personalized email and text messages connecting directly with the consumer. Retailers can also collect fees when samples are not returned on time and send additional important information about those products. Displays can be proactively maintained by manufacturers and distributors with proactive notifications of sample status. The entire in-store to offline sample display experience is captured and maintained within the app.

They receive important product information including product descriptions, specifications, warranty and cleaning.
