DocSign Description
Streamline signatures & PDF signing. Collaborate, store, and manage documents effortlessly with DocSign.
Features:
Signature Creation and Storage: DocSign allows users to create their own digital signature by scanning their signature over a white background. The signature can be saved within the application as an image file in the download folder, typically within a subfolder named "DocSign”. This allows users to access and reuse their signature for future document signings.
PDF Document Signing: The application supports PDF documents. Users can upload or import PDF files into the application and apply their signature to the document digitally. This feature eliminates the need for printing, signing, and rescanning physical copies.
User Invitation: DocSign enables users to invite others to sign collaborative documents when multiple parties are involved. Users can send document signing invitations to others via email. Alternatively, they can also add users directly by using their phone number.
Notification Feature: When a user signs a document successfully, DocSign generates a push notification to inform relevant parties that the document has been signed and is ready. This notification feature ensures prompt communication and allows users to stay updated on the progress of their documents.
History and Document Viewing: DocSign’s History feature allows users to view previously signed documents. A record of all the documents signed using the app is maintained, allowing users to easily access and reference them when needed.
Cloud Document Privacy: For data storage, DocSign leverages the cloud to allow users to save documents shared with another party. To ensure data privacy, users can also delete and move sensitive documents to another location.
