Drive (FAT) Description
Connect2Drive enables truck drivers all over the world to partner with us in our collection & distribution network.
A trip overview provides you with a “to do” list: all stops including delivery/collection information, shipment/colli details, and even comments of the dispatcher are provided. You’ve got a question during execution? An integrated chat offers you the possibility to receive fast answers from your dispatcher.
To use Connect2Drive you need to be a registered user. You can sign into Connect2Drive with your SIMS ID and password. For password creation, please contact your administrator who will create your user account (SIMS account) in our DRIVE portal.
WHY USE Connect2Drive:
• STOP OVERVIEW: Be aware of all upcoming trips/stops with all shipments in a “to do” list. You can easily start a trip and view all details.
• DELIVERY & COLLECTION HANDLING: Deliveries and collections can easily be handled through clear and intuitive workflows provided by the app.
• CHAT FUNCTION: Easy and fast way to communicate with your dispatcher (e.g. about ad hoc changes, issues, conditions).
• UPDATE NOTIFICATIONS: In case your trip was changed or canceled, you get notified about these updates.
• REDUCTION OF PAPERWORK: All relevant information is available in the app – no transport documents required. Signatures can be entered digitally - customers can sign directly on the mobile device.
• SPEAKS YOUR LANGUAGE: The app is available in English and is also automatically displayed in other languages (automatically displayed in device language).
• NO ADDITIONAL COSTS: Connect2Drive is using the mobile internet connection (5G/4G/3G/2G/EDGE or WIFI, if available) of your mobile device to enable updates. *
