Considering HR management, in past, people used to have a lot of manual work that was time-consuming and tiresome. But now, using ESS, employees will be able to view the needed details like organizational information, personal details, asset records, financial details, etc. anywhere anytime using their mobile phones. Also, they can submit the desired requests to the managers like leave requests, HRA requests, asset clearance requests, outlet transfer requests, delegation requests, etc. For submitting the requests, the employee has to provide the details on the form against each request and submit it to the manager. The manager after viewing the request forwards it to the head of the department who if finds it appropriate forwards it to HR. HR approves or rejects the request and informs the employee. In short, it can be said that now employees do not have to wait for office hours to get minor details or submit requests, they can do that using the application whenever they feel the need for it.
HCM Employee Self Service (ESS) will aim to make the process of Human resources management easier and feasible for the employees, managers, heads of departments, and members of HR. The app will provide all the information needed by team members on the app. Also, the employee will be able to submit their requests using the app that will be sent the approval to the manager, HR, and HOD.
