DyadFit Description
Workouts catered to you and whatever lifestyle you may live! If your goal is to build muscle, improve athletic performance, or simply live a happier, healthier lifestyle, there's a program for you! Decide how many days per week you workout (2,3,4,5, or 6 days), what equipment you use each workout (bodyweight, resistance bands, dumbbells, or dumbbells with a bench), and how much time each workout lasts (30,45,60, or 90 minutes). No matter what you choose, there will be a plan to help you meet your fitness goals! Video tutorials for each exercise can be found in the video library. If there is a new type of workout plan, equipment, or any other content you would like to see, just submit a recommendation under the recommendations+reviews tab, and that information will happily be added to the app!
