DZ PRIVATBANK privateID Description
With privateID you increase the security of your registration in online banking at DZ PRIVATBANK. privateID generates codes on your smartphone to confirm your registration in online banking in two steps - in an intuitive and modern design.
This is how privateID works:
During the onboarding process of your online banking at DZ PRIVATBANK, you will be asked to set up two-factor authentication. A QR code will appear on the screen, which you should scan using the "Add account..." button. Camera access permission is required to add accounts using the QR code. You can give your new account an individual name. Your two-factor authentication setup is complete.
When you log into your online banking at DZ PRIVATBANK, you will be asked to enter your one-time password, which was generated by your private ID authentication app, after entering and confirming your user name and password. Please enter the 6-digit one-time password in the field provided. The one-time password is automatically regenerated every 30 seconds.
