EAC Mobile App Description
Official application of the Electricity Authority of Cyprus.
The Cyprus Electricity Authority has redesigned the EAC Mob App in accordance to the EAC’s Operational Unbundling.
The new application is functionally separated into the following categories:
1. The "EAC"
2. The «Supply» and
3. The "Distribution".
By selecting "EAC", the user of the application can be informed about all the News and Announcements and Press Releases of the EAC, find on the map of Cyprus the locations of the EAC Customer Service Centers, the relevant contact telephones and their working hours as well as the electric car charging stations (e-charge).
The users, who are also customers of EAC Supply, by selecting "Supply" and after Sign In, can access their bill, pay them electronically, see their consumption history, request to receive the bill via email and access the reporting histories they have submitted. Also through the Energy Calculator users can estimate the cost of use of various electrical appliances depending on the power of the device and the time of use.
By selecting "Distribution", all Network users can be informed of Scheduled interruptions and / or Faults by District, report an incident for street lighting problems, tree pruning or other Network problem and submit their meter reading.
