Launched in 1999 with only a dozen employees, Elegant Staffing has grown to include a workforce of over 900 team members, including servers, bartenders, cashiers, cooks, dishwashers, and housekeepers. We now partner with over 150 of Atlanta’s finest hotels, country clubs, convention centers, stadiums, and arenas.
Elegant Staffing is introducing a time-clock app that offers Clock-in, going to break, return from break, and clock-out with 4-digit PIN authentication. This will allow Elegant Staffing's clients to have greater visibility on who works on what and approve timesheets and send timesheets to payroll and billing. In addition, client managers will have the ability to manage their own employees' timesheets through this app.
The key feature of this app includes:
- Simple employee clock in/ out
- Clock in/out by manager
- time tracking from breaks and return from breaks.
- Automatic feed of scheduled employees shifts from Elegant Staffing roster dashboard.
- Add missing shifts
- Approve timesheet and send to payroll and billing.
- Unlimited number of employees & locations
- On the clock list
- Clock in/out history grouped by date
- Easy search of employees who are on the clock
- Automatic clock-out when an employee forgets to clock out from a shift.
