Email Backup App for Android is an all-in-one email backup tool that enables you to import or export emails with just a few clicks. With this email backup software, you can backup and restore your emails directly from your Android device without using any expensive software.
Functions and Features:
- Backup emails from virtually any email service provider that supports the IMAP/POP3 protocol, including popular providers such as Gmail, Yahoo Mail, Zoho Mail, Office 365 etc.
- Restore your email account from EML, PST, MBOX, ZIP, OST etc files.
- Export emails to EML format.
- Preserve all email properties such as To, Cc, Bcc, From, Subject, headers, attachments, links, formatting etc.
- Maintain an accurate folder structure during backup or restore.
- Download backup files to your local device.
- Import or export emails in batches.
- Export emails with a custom date range and selected folders.
- Simple GUI and easy to use.
Storage Permission:
Storage access is required for importing emails for file selection. Additionally, Android 11 and above devices require 'Manage all-files' access permission. Without granting this permission, the import function will not work.
Google Drive Access:
Your email account credentials are the most private and important data. To ensure 100% security and confidentiality, we do not store your account credentials anywhere else; instead, we store them directly on your Google Drive in encrypted format.
Email Data Privacy, Security, and Confidentiality Notice:
1. When you add an email account, your account credentials are stored on your Google Drive in encrypted format.
2. When you export emails, the data remains on your device.
3. When you import emails, all your data remains on your device.
Therefore, all data operations occur within your device and remain 100% safe and secure.
Cloud Storage Support:
If you have Google Drive, Dropbox, or OneDrive installed on your device, you can select backup files from your cloud drives to import emails. Additionally, you can store your exported email data in the cloud drive. Currently, it supports only the above three cloud services.
Cracked Version Notice:
If you download the app from anywhere other than Google Play, certain functions such as "Add Account" "Export Emails" and "Import Emails" will not work.
