Enter the Cloud thanks to an intuitive interface, it replaces the impractical sheets of the Register and enhances the Reception of companies that use it because:
• external visitors, in addition to self-registering, read and accept the GDPR privacy policy and the Security Policy,
• the internal staff of the company that uses it automatically receives notifications (including via e-mail) upon the arrival of their guest,
• manages Recurring Visitors (such as consultants, maintainers or drivers for example), optimizing and speeding up the process for their subsequent entries / exits (automatic creation of Excel files),
• is multi-language (currently 8 different languages available),
• is multi-site and manages even different entrances and exits within the building or company site,
• is a multi-company, a fundamental function for Management Centers and / or Coworking,
• allows the multiple loading of company employees.
And in case of emergencies, the Security Manager will instantly check the list of External Visitors still inside the premises at the meeting point.
Entering the Cloud is significantly inexpensive, but with a high standard of quality and functionality.
There are no infrastructure costs, no cables, control units and no Bluetooth printers and / or optical or RFID readers are required, just a simple Wi-Fi connection.
