- Daily Goals - we set you daily goals to get you on the right path. We can see how your day is going so we can keep you accountable. Over time, these simple goals become habits that builds sustainable fat loss for life.
- Video Library - there are two types of exercise video content. The first is a technical breakdown of each exercise with form and technique that can be watched at home before your workout. The second type of video content is a short form video reminding you with tips of what you've already learnt, so it does not slow down your workout.
- Diet Help - You have nutritional advice, a recipe guide, and macronutrients and calories personalised to your body.
