With the Feelgood Buddy you decide, week by week, day by day and meal by meal, what you want to eat and still achieve all the parameters you need to achieve a muscle-friendly loss of body fat.
How do we get our food?
- we cook something according to a recipe
- we spontaneously put something together from individual foods
- we go or order something to eat
- we nibble / snack something
Depending on the type of diet (keto - low carb - high carb - high carb strict) you will only be shown dishes and foods that will bring you to your individual goal without much calculation.
Furthermore, your own filter (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, no pork) makes it easier for you to choose food and dishes.
So while you relax and pursue your taste buds, cook, eat & snack, you only have one task:
- Reach the wings. (1 wing = 100kcal)
The wings serve as an overview and are indicated for each dish. They will be merged until your wing bar is full.
Proteins, fats and carbohydrates are automatically filled in the right ratio, as the program is individually tailored to you!
Then with one click you get all the ingredients in a shopping list, which you can then turn into a real treat with the help of simple instructions.
In order to achieve efficient weight loss (lose fat & maintain muscle mass), setting an individual calorie goal and calculating nutritional values accordingly is not only important for basic success, but also essential for the phase after weight loss.
