Terrible. Definitely a downgrade from the previous app. It does not tell your balance after each transaction like it did before. It does not allow you to put a "memo" when you transfer money between accounts to keep record of why you're transferring. It has also asked me to verify my phone number several times. I wish they would go back to the old app.

Extremely disappointed in this app. Features are missing that the previous app had. This is very inconvenient, as I've also had to validate my account at least once a day with my phone number and 'enroll' my mobile number again! I've even considered banking elsewhere because this is ridiculous. I hate having a terrible app, connected to such a precious asset. First Savings Bank should do better. They've had a long time to fix the bugs on this app and they haven't. I really hope they do soon!

A severe downgrade from the older app. I've been asked to verify my account with my phone number multiple times in a day, the fingerprint scan prompt never appears, even when enabled, the "Personal Finances" option does not open, and the ability to sign in with a pin number instead of typing in an entire password is gone. Also, the fireworks image on the main account screen is just screen clutter, along with the slow animations. Highly disappointed in this one.
