[How to set up access to FoodStory Staff]
- Download the FoodStory Staff app on your smartphone for employees or waiters in the store.
- Contact the FoodStory POS team (call 098-562-5555) to inform your needs to enable the feature to take orders via smartphones.
- Open FoodStory POS application on iPad and select the branch you want to use, then go to Menu> Settings> Staff Mobile to receive the QR code (If not, Refresh the information at the PIN page and try again. time)
- Open FoodStory Staff application and scan any QR Code.
- Enter the user's PIN in the store to start accepting orders through smartphones.
[How to receive orders through FoodStory Staff]
- Choose a table number to open the table You can check items and order food.
- Select the food item, then press 'View Order' to repeat the item, then click 'Send List' to send the order to the kitchen.
- If customers want to check food items Or want to check the bill Select the customer's table number and click on the bill image, then press 'Call check, bill'. The bill will be printed out at the cashier immediately.
