Forget Password Description
In todays world, we have several account on internets with different password for those several accounts (in case we keep same password for all the accounts and it is something that we cannot consider safe).
Sometimes we forgot user id or password of one or the other account, may be reason accounts used less often or any other, in such a case we do opt for multiple attempts for user id and password,.
After certain number of attempts your account is blocked for certain hours, days and even months, when if we cannot even make use forget or reset password option there, then to tackle we can use app like credential manager.
