The Ibero-American Institute for Training and Learning for Cooperation has the mission of responding to the needs of continuous and open, qualified training in Ibero-America, through the cooperative action of the Organization of Ibero-American States in its mission areas: education, science and culture, human rights and gender and in Spanish and Portuguese languages.
