This app totally sucks and is not user friendly at all! There is no automatic playback when you get an alert and a error message saying "failed to download picture". On the "Me" tab a message to "Log in for more services" but when you try to log in with your username and password, nothing happens. So, you try to register a new account fill in the username and password you want and click the tab for an activation code that never comes to email. Also the time is wrong and no way to fix. POS app!

I like this app for connecting to my home Dahua NVR. I VPN into my home network, and the app connects to the NVR without any problems. Admittedly, the app wasn't entirely intuitive to setup, and I now seem to be having an issue with the notifications (this may not be Dahua's fault). For one of my cameras I get two push notifications for every ivs event. Also, the last couple of weeks I started having problems getting timely push notifications. Instead, I may get several (or 10-20!) all at the same time. My phone sounds like it is malfunctioning as it stutters through the backlog of notifications. I would like to see the app only chime once when there is a collection of notifications that come through together. Also, it would be nice if you could customize the notification sound, at least for the app, and even better would be a customized sound for each camera.

Very easy to set up app using P2P but playback does not work. It doesnt offer a date and time selection, you can only scroll back from the current time which is very time consuming if you need to go back more than a few days. When you have scrolled back to where you need to be. I recommend the lite version for playback. Secondly, when I enabled the mics built in to the cameras, that also does not work. App deffo need some work
